That’s not just “stress energy.” That’s a nervous system burnout stuck in fight-or-flight—and honey, it’s overheating. Your body is revved up and can’t come down.

Small tasks feel impossibly hard

Responding to that one email feels like mental heavy lifting.
Somehow it takes 45 minutes to post on Instagram if you even make it that far to hit the “post” button.
You can’t even decide what to eat anymore.

It’s not that you’re flaky or “bad at time management.” Your energy is being funneled into survival, not productivity.

You’re switching between numb and overwhelmed

One day you’re emotional about everything. The next day? You feel nothing. Shut down. Flat.

One minute you’re crying into your coffee.
Next, it’s “meh” city and you feel nothing at all.

That’s your brain running survival logic: “If it’s not 100% right, it’s not safe. STALL.”
And stall you do.

That’s not indecision. It’s your nervous system slowing you down because it doesn’t feel safe to act. So your brain hesitates to protect you from potential “mistakes.”

You blame yourself for all of it…
